Zoom Mystery Book Club: Snow Falling On Cedars
Snow Falling on Cedars, by David Guterson, is a modern classic (published 1994), set in Washington State in the 1950s. It recounts the trial of a Japanese-American fisherman accused of murdering a white fisherman, and the implications of the case which reach back to the history of Japanese internment and land seizure in World War II.
Former Yarmouth librarian Chris is continuing to host this book group from her new position in Truro, and welcomes everyone to come discuss mysteries! To get a Zoom link, email Chris at ckaufmann@clamsnet.org.
