Grief 101 with Sharing Kindness

Grief 101 with Sharing Kindness In-Person

Grief is a natural response to loss. Yet many bereaved people report feeling misunderstood and abandoned by their friends and communities due to a lack of education about the needs of the grieving.

Sharing Kindness is starting the conversation with Grief 101, a presentation at local libraries that covers “the basics” of grief: what it is, how it impacts our brains and bodies, and how we can support people in our lives who are going through it.

This presentation is appropriate for adults and teens and does not require registration.
